Final Thoughts

In this post, I will speaker the my proyect personal, outside of  university. I have the band called "Los Caskaraz" where recording the demo the last week, and the answer of public has been very good, my friends have heard it 2 times and the melodies are remembered.

In this personal proyect we have been 3 years and little more, but in this last time, we have dedicated, to compose, write lyrics and create melodies. "Los Caskaraz" have been changing in the esthetic, the way to carry a topic, the music and the style of the sound, this new vision was molded for authors like Simon Frith, Philip Auslander and Diana Taylor, this authors they were recommended to me for the class "Musica Popular 1", thanks to this, my vision of the music changing for me, appreciating the performance complete and give one content more convincing and complex.

In this year thanks a this class helped me a create of character what represent of the concept "Caskara" where he laughs of  the stereotype of classic punk/rocker, where the members of the groups not nedeed be the "rude boy" if not the astute child who realizes what happening and tells you in a metaphorically funny way, also appealing to this own style without having to spend your money on it. And the music is mixed with punk and funk, giving way to social criticism and identity or style solution, come from of funk influences.

In the next semester, I thinking go on in this project and before the endindg of the year, hopefully recording one disc.
